Amy's Bio

Amy is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and a Certified BSA/AML Professional (CBAP) with a degree in business administration.  She has more than 20 years of experience working in and with both large and small financial institutions. She has extensive experience in collaborating with Senior Management in the development and management of compliance directives, working with various lines of business to assess risk controls, provide training and recommend process improvements.

Amy currently works with financial institutions across the country reviewing, auditing, and providing consultation to improve compliance programs.  She has expertise in all areas of regulatory compliance and BSA/AML.

 

During her banking career, Amy has served as deposit operations assistant manager, loan operations manager, Compliance Officer and CRA Officer.  She has experience in leading loan operations at both small and midsized community banks during mergers and acquisitions.

Amy lives in Stillwater, Minnesota and enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, gardening, watching Packer football, and boating on the beautiful St. Croix River.
